- Secure the date. A 50% deposit holds your booking; the balance is paid on the day.

Menus start from around $11 USD per person (about IDR 200,000), dropping as your group grows across the 6–9, 10–19 and 20+ guest tiers. A flat BBQ & chef hire fee of IDR 1,800,000 applies to every booking — discounted 20% for 10+ guests and 50% for 20+, and at 30+ guests we add a second BBQ and an extra chef. Our minimum booking is 6 guests, and there's no real maximum — we scale from intimate dinners to 200+ guest events.
